This Saturday the Micah House is having an Open House to show people the new place.  The Micah House is a home for new refugees to Canada.  They provide safe shelter, assistance with settlement, and help with building bridges into the community.

My wife and I live quite comfortably.  All of our needs are met and most of our wishes can be bought if we save a few dollars.  For the most part, I don't often 'poor talk' (you know, I wish I had....., or I wish I could afford this or that..., you know).  Sometimes I think about what other people with six years of post secondary education make and then I get discouraged.  But over all I am rich - by most standards.
